Brock Commons is a newly built residence on UBC campus. It is home to Tallwood house which is currently the tallest mass timber building in the world.

For this project, 9500 square foot 5 ply CLT floor plates (29 panels on 3 trucks) were hoisted into place using our BRGN Plate lifting system.

The fastest recorded cycle time was just under 6 minutes. This timing was consistently hit once the crew was up to speed.
